They create and maintain the systems used to catalogue the data collected, as well as assisting in matters of quality assurance and other important areas. The Call Center oversees all of the BTACT and ATFU remote data collection for all of LIMBIC-CENC sites via over the phone interviews. Call Center leadership works collaboratively with the sites and the Coordinating Center to strategically access methods to retain study participants.
