Ronald T. Seel, PhD, FACRM, is Professor and Vice-Chair of Research in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. Dr. Seel is Co-Project Director of the Virginia TBI Model System and Knowledge Translation Director of the Long-term Impact of Military-relevant Brain Injury Consortium-Chronic Effects of Neurotrauma Consortium (LIMBIC-CENC).
