Dr. Char Gatlin serves as the co-chair of the Consumer Advisory Board for LIMBIC-CENC. He also is highly active in the greater Montana and the larger national medical community, holding positions on multiple oversight boards and philanthropy committees to include serving as the Chair for the Foundation for Community Health, Consumer Advisor for the Neural Injury Center at the University of Montana and a Consumer Reviewer for the FY 22 CDMRP TBIPHRP Programmatic Panel.  

Kevin Sickinger, MS, LTC (Retired), is the Director of the Coordinating Center for LIMBIC-CENC Consortium.  He has worked for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine for over seven years and has served in several roles within the CENC and LIMBIC-CENC Consortiums. He came to VCU after serving in the Army for 23 years and has been working with military service organizations and veterans since his retirement from the Army.
